Onboarding Project Manager - Europe

The vacancy is for an Onboarding Project Manager who will oversee the implementation journey for European mid‑market clients, ensuring they move smoothly from contract signing to active use of the system and eventual hand‑off to the account‑management team. In this role you will own the full onboarding cycle, defining scope, schedule and deliverables, and acting as the main liaison for each client. Daily tasks include arranging and leading pre‑kickoff, kickoff and regular status meetings, documenting decisions, tracking milestones, and reporting progress. You will constantly monitor adoption metrics, training completion and usage indicators, while spotting and mitigating risks, dependencies and escalation points. Collaboration with sales, product, support, professional services and account managers is essential to keep projects on track and to deliver a high‑touch experience that drives quick value realization. The position requires fluency in English and French at a professional business level, both spoken and written. Candidates must have at least four years of experience working in hotel operations or management, and a minimum of one year managing projects in a SaaS or customer‑facing setting. Demonstrated ability to juggle several initiatives at once while maintaining meticulous organization, and a track record of coordinating cross‑functional teams in a rapid‑pace environment, are also mandatory. Strong presentation, relationship‑building and communication skills are needed, together with a proactive problem‑solving mindset that can handle ambiguity and shifting client or business demands. Additional assets that will set you apart include a year of project‑management work specifically within a hospitality‑focused SaaS company, prior involvement in customer implementation or onboarding for such a product, and familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Zendesk or Slack that support customer operations.
