The role of Apparel Designer at SCOTT Sports involves leading the creation of innovative apparel collections, from concept to execution. The designer will also collaborate with Product Management and Development throughout the product lifecycle, build detailed design specifications, and manage data using Centric PLM. Additionally, the role involves supporting the Development Team during fittings, driving consistency across collections, and using CLO 3D for virtual apparel designs. To qualify for this role, candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in apparel design, preferably within premium cycling, sports, or outdoor brands. A strong portfolio demonstrating innovative product and collection development is essential. Candidates should have an excellent understanding of garment construction, fit, materials, and manufacturing processes. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is required, along with working proficiency in CLO 3D. Experience with PLM systems, particularly Centric PLM, is also necessary. Nice-to-have skills include advanced CLO 3D skills and fluency in French or German. The role is based in Givisiez, Switzerland, and offers a modern and inspiring office environment.
