QC Lead

Proclinical, a top life‑sciences recruitment firm, is looking for a QC Lead to uphold quality standards at a high‑performing contract manufacturing organisation. The role centres on creating and reviewing quality documentation, linking QA and QC teams, and championing continuous improvement across site operations. Day‑to‑day duties include drafting change requests, investigations and deviation reports, performing root‑cause analysis, and defining corrective‑and‑preventive actions. You will guide the preparation of quality records to meet internal timelines, ensure compliance with GMP expectations, and act as the main conduit between QA and QC to streamline workflows while supporting any additional quality‑related tasks. The position requires solid expertise in analytical chemistry and a thorough grasp of GMP principles, especially data‑integrity topics. Candidates must have demonstrable experience writing quality‑focused documents such as deviations and change requests, hold a bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, Chemistry or a related discipline, and communicate fluently in English for business purposes. Proven competencies in agility, business acumen, collaboration, customer focus, results orientation and leadership are also essential. Basic German language ability is advantageous, and a master's degree is considered a plus. The role is open to applicants who have the legal right to work in the location or hold an EU passport.
