Risk Manager - Non-financial Risks (100%)

Zurich is seeking a Risk Manager for Non-Financial Risks to contribute to the company's strategic and operational risk management at a high level. The company is a leading multi-line insurer, serving millions of customers globally with a strong focus on sustainability and well-being. The Risk Manager will be responsible for creating and maintaining non-financial risk policies, standards, and guidelines. They will also oversee local activities, develop and implement risk management processes, and analyze and communicate insights on non-financial risks. Additionally, the role involves leading responses to audits, supporting risk appetite and tolerance activities, and reviewing control deficiencies and remediation efforts. The manager will also provide training and guidance on relevant non-financial risk matters. To qualify, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, commerce, economics, finance, or IT. Prior experience in technology, operations, internal controls, or risk management is beneficial. Knowledge of operational risk management principles, methodologies, and best practices, including regulatory requirements, risk assessment, and mitigation techniques, is essential. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a positive attitude, highly disciplined, and able to manage challenging deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are also required. Nice-to-have skills include experience with Third Party, Data Management, Information Security, and Business Resilience risk.
