Internship MSAT Upstream 80-100%

The MSAT Upstream internship supports large‑scale mammalian cell‑culture manufacturing at a world‑leading biopharmaceutical contract manufacturing site. You will help with technology‑transfer tasks, gather and analyse batch data, draft process documentation and reports, and take part in risk assessments, change controls and daily troubleshooting together with Manufacturing, QA and Process Development teams. The role requires a current or completed Bachelor's/Master's in Biotechnology, Biochemical or Chemical Engineering or a related life‑science discipline, strong curiosity for biopharma process science, basic bioprocessing and GMP knowledge, and fluent written and spoken English; German is a plus. You should be organized, detail‑oriented and thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. The internship offers hands‑on exposure to real production batches and cross‑functional projects, building expertise in upstream process development and regulatory‑compliant manufacturing.
