The main responsibilities of the AI/ML Engineer will be to lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in AI. This includes translating high-level strategic visions into concrete execution roadmaps and driving rapid implementation from prototype to production. The role also involves architecting scalable solutions and driving critical milestones to position the new department for rapid growth and potentially a spin-off to attract institutional backing. The must-have requirements for this role include being based in Europe or the Americas, or being open to relocate/remote arrangements. Candidates must have a high-agency builder mindset, with proven domain expertise and the drive to take extreme end-to-end ownership. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are also required. Nice-to-have skills include the ability to thrive in a high-growth environment with a focus on achieving strong market validation and scalable traction. The role offers complete autonomy to architect systems, drive strategy, and build from 0 to 1 without corporate red tape.
