The Audi Revolut F1 Team is building the official factory entry for Audi in the 2026 FIA Formula 1 World Championship. Operating from Neuburg (Germany), Hinwil (Switzerland) and Bicester (UK), the programme combines power‑unit development, chassis engineering and race‑operations under one umbrella. The Planning Coordinator Car Assembly will join this multi‑location effort to keep the race car's build schedule on track. In this role you will control the kit‑list flow assigned by the team leader, act as the central point for the Home Team Planning Group and guarantee a predictable, structured factory output. You will be the final authority on parts readiness for race events, coordinate with departments to set part requirements and deadlines, protect the build‑freeze, allocate components under tight timelines and flag any risks to car availability. Daily tasks also include liaising with logistics on late deliveries, synchronising factory and track‑side status, raising design‑change and non‑conformance reports, and ensuring SAP traceability and documentation compliance. You will support the shift from manual to system‑based planning tools and look for process‑optimisation opportunities. The position demands hands‑on experience with vehicle assembly and a background in motorsport, automotive or high‑performance manufacturing environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mandatory SAP knowledge are required, as are strong negotiation, conceptual thinking and pragmatic implementation abilities. You must communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written, and be prepared to work weekends when directed by the leader. The role also expects you to stay focused, accurate and composed under extreme time pressure while contributing positively to team dynamics.
