Harness Designer (m/f/x) - Temporary Contract

Liebherr Machines Bulle SA, part of the Component Technologies division, is looking for a Harness Designer on a temporary full‑time contract. The position is based in Bulle, Switzerland, and belongs to the engineering work area of this family‑owned machinery group. In this role you will create and optimise wiring‑harness assemblies for combustion engines, balancing technical, schedule and cost targets. You will define topology and technology together with the E/E design team, produce 2D drawings (primarily with Zuken E3) and, where possible, use PTC Creo Cabling. The job also covers bill‑of‑materials creation, specification of cables, connectors and fastening parts, support of the PLM system, preparation of technical documentation and the planning and execution of prototype or series‑approval tests. Close cooperation with project departments and component suppliers is required to resolve technical questions and assist manufacturing. The candidate must have completed technical training or an equivalent qualification in electro‑mechanical design and several years of experience designing wiring harnesses. Advanced skills in MS Office, Zuken E3, PTC Creo Cabling and the PLM Albatros environment are essential.
