Mondelēz International is seeking a proactive individual to fill the role of Techniker vorbeugende Instandhaltung (m/w/d). The company is a global leader in snacking, known for brands like Oreo, Cadbury, and Trident. The role involves maintaining and improving the efficiency of manufacturing processes and equipment. The main responsibilities include collaborating with line leaders to achieve safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale targets. This involves managing daily operations, owning technology and process settings, and overseeing preventive maintenance systems. The role also includes developing and executing maintenance plans, training team members, and partnering with the Asset and Reliability team for system improvements. Additionally, the Techniker vorbeugende Instandhaltung (m/w/d) will represent the department in regional and global technology forums and assist in benchmarking initiatives. To qualify, candidates must have advanced knowledge and skills in maintaining equipment, including the execution of Autonomous Maintenance and Progressive Maintenance standards. They should be capable of leading a role for the line, qualifying and coaching the next level of SWP owners, and driving common opportunity areas. Experience in developing and aligning goals for the line, deploying and managing Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and coaching team members on performance management and career development is essential. Nice-to-have skills include the ability to work as a Line Leader, developing and aligning goals for the line, and deploying and managing IDPs for team members.
