Supply Chain Launch Lead

The Supply Chain Senior Launch Lead role at Johnson & Johnson is focused on driving the end-to-end supply chain strategy for New Product Introduction (NPI) and Life Cycle Management (LCM) projects. The role involves managing project risks and dependencies, ensuring compliance with defined processes, and providing innovative solutions to accelerate project execution. Additionally, the lead is responsible for communicating business-related issues, risks, and opportunities to the next management level and developing launch readiness plans to support global launches and long-term supply strategies. To qualify for this role, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related discipline, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, Project Management, or a related field. Proven experience in New Product Development (NPD) and/or New Product Introduction (NPI) project management is essential. Strong communication, influencing, and collaboration skills are also required, as well as the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities are crucial for this role. Nice-to-have skills include experience within Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Biologics, or other highly regulated industries. Experience leading cross-functional teams or NPI programs is also preferred. Certifications such as Six Sigma, Process Excellence, Lean, PMP, APICS, or equivalent are beneficial.
