Head of Baltics

Birn+Partners, an executive‑search and leadership‑consulting firm aiming to rank among Europe’s top ten, is seeking a Head of Baltics to expand its business in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania while reporting to the Finnish office and cooperating with the broader Nordic and European network. In this role you will create and manage a client portfolio across the Baltic market, lead executive‑search assignments for senior and specialist positions, drive business development and nurture client relationships, and deliver advisory, interim‑management or board projects as well as leadership‑development, coaching and mentoring programmes. Daily work also involves close collaboration with colleagues and clients throughout Europe. The position requires proven experience in executive search, consulting, leadership, board work or business management, a strong appetite for sales and networking, and a solid grasp of corporate realities and Baltic business culture. Candidates must be commercially proactive, possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, work autonomously while prioritising tasks, and uphold high standards of quality, professionalism and ethics. Fluency in English and either Estonian or another Baltic language is essential; Finnish is a plus
