Pizza Production Crew

The position is a Pizza Production Crew member working in a hotel kitchen in Greece. It is a seasonal role that includes pre‑arranged accommodation and meals, so you can arrive ready to focus on your craft without worrying about housing or food budgeting. Each day you will be in charge of the pizza station, handling everything from dough making and sauce preparation to setting up ingredients, stretching the bases, adding toppings and baking. You will organise your mise en place, keep hygiene standards high, control the ovens and timing, and cooperate with the rest of the kitchen during peak periods to keep the station running smoothly. The job requires proven experience as a Pizza Cook or Pizzaiolo, with solid knowledge of the complete dough process, fermentation, proper stretching techniques and oven operation. You must be able to work independently, communicate in English and remain composed when service gets busy. The role is full‑time for the season, typically five to six days a week, and places you close to the workplace in a popular holiday destination. You’ll share the experience with an international team, enjoy beach evenings after shifts, and leave with strong high‑volume pizza production experience that adds real responsibility to your résumé.
