Additionally, candidates should have a Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement certification, with a black belt being beneficial. Fluency in English is a must. Nice-to-have skills include the ability to work in a matrix environment and collaborate with diverse partners. The role offers the opportunity to work in varied, flexible, and stimulating environments, with possible locations in Vernier (Switzerland), Ashford (UK), Baierbrunn (Germany), Jigani (India), and Budapest (Hungary). The role also involves up to 10% travel worldwide.
