CXG, a worldwide leader in customer experience, is looking for freelance Luxury Brand Evaluators to help premium fashion, beauty, jewelry and automotive houses such as Louis Vuitton, Bentley and Prada refine their service. The role is based in Switzerland, covering Zürich, Schlieren, Riesbach and Bern, and lets you turn a love of luxury into a flexible side‑gig. Each assignment begins with you selecting missions that match your interests, then either visiting a boutique or reviewing an online purchase. During a typical 20‑minute visit you observe the store atmosphere, the quality of interaction with sales staff and the overall client journey, and you record your impressions through CXG’s questionnaire platform. The workflow allows you to complete several missions each month, often with different brands. To qualify you must be at least 18 years old, speak German fluently in both writing and conversation, and be an active consumer of high‑end brands. You cannot be under contract with any retailer, ensuring impartial feedback. The company expects you to be punctual, organized, detail‑oriented, reliable, observant and genuinely enthusiastic about customer experience. No previous evaluation experience is required; you simply need to register, fill out your profile, pass the General Certification and you are ready to start. The position offers considerable flexibility, with assignments you can tailor to your schedule and interests, and compensation that includes mission‑based fees and possible reimbursement for approved purchases.
