Power Platform Expert

The role of Power Platform Expert is part of the new Collaboration & Power Solutions Team. The company is focused on advancing a cloud-first strategy and creating a modern digital workplace. The expert will help business teams turn ideas into valuable Microsoft Power Platform solutions. The main day-to-day responsibilities include enabling citizen development by coaching business users to build small Power Platform solutions and supporting the maker community. This involves delivering hands-on training formats such as App in a Day workshops. The expert will also lead the development of secure, scalable, and maintainable applications, taking responsibility from solution design through testing and deployment. Additionally, the role involves co-defining Power Platform governance, collaborating with internal teams to integrate solutions, and maintaining documentation to improve service quality and adoption. To qualify for this role, candidates must have at least three years of experience in Power Platform development, solution architecture, and Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies within enterprise environments. Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and governance best practices for scalable low-code solutions, is required. Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Exchange Online, combined with a good understanding of security, governance, and Entra ID, is also necessary. The ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and professional English communication skills are essential. Nice-to-have skills include the ability to work closely with both business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver measurable value.
