Clinical Trial Study Manager (1 Year FTC)

Roche Pharma Research and Early Development (pRED) is looking for a Clinical Trial Study Manager on a one‑year fixed‑term contract. In this role you will join a cross‑functional study team and take charge of several core operational tasks. You will contribute to protocol design and feasibility, help select countries and sites, and ensure that study documentation such as consent forms, communication plans and trial master files are complete and compliant. You will oversee country‑level start‑up activities, guide local operational representatives, and manage the performance of external vendors to meet contractual scope and regulatory standards. Forecasting and maintaining supplies, including investigational medicinal products, will also fall under your remit, as will identifying, tracking and mitigating study‑related risks. Throughout, you will apply operational expertise to drive consistency and improvement across the study lifecycle.
