Internship - Software Engineering

The internship is a full‑time software‑engineering placement lasting roughly six months with a company dedicated to tackling core challenges in artificial intelligence and robotics. Their aim is to create the next generation of intelligent machines that improve everyday life, and the team blends researchers and engineers who are shaping the future of robotics infrastructure and systems. During the program you will concentrate on producing clean, high‑performance code that forms the computational backbone of advanced robotic applications. Your work will be directed toward one of two main areas, depending on your background: deploying software directly onto robots or developing the training infrastructure that runs off the robot. The role emphasizes solid system‑design principles and numerical or algorithmic computation, allowing you to contribute to the core software that powers these technologies. The position is open to master’s‑level students ready to commit full‑time for an extended stint. Candidates must demonstrate strong fundamentals in system architecture and algorithmic or numerical programming, and show a genuine enthusiasm for writing efficient, maintainable software. Prior experience with robotics is not required, though a background that aligns with either on‑robot deployment or off‑robot training work will guide your project focus. You will join an energetic environment where researchers and engineers collaborate closely, offering a valuable opportunity to influence the computational foundations of future robotics.
