Media Operations Intern

The Media Operations Intern position sits within VF Corporation’s Timberland brand, part of a portfolio that includes The North Face® and Vans®. Based at the VF EMEA headquarters in Stabio, Switzerland, the twelve‑month, full‑time internship begins on 1 February 2027 and offers a gross monthly salary of 1 850 CHF. As a member of the Timberland EMEA Marketing team, you will experience how a global, brand‑led business operates from the inside. Your daily work will revolve around enabling multi‑channel campaigns across several markets. You will handle brief coordination, technical specifications, asset delivery and revision cycles with creative and media agencies as well as external partners. The role also involves supporting the creation of social‑first content, briefing paid social efforts, collaborating with the eCommerce team on campaign activation, and assisting the SEO team to improve brand visibility. Preparing presentations, marketing updates and campaign performance reports will be part of your routine. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree—or equivalent—in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Audiovisual or a related discipline, and be set to graduate after 1 November 2026 or retain student status on the start date. EU or EEA citizenship and fluency in English are required. The internship calls for strong organisational and project‑management abilities, meticulous attention to detail, the capacity to juggle several workstreams, solid communication and analytical skills, and proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint. Previous exposure to marketing, media, social or project coordination is advantageous, as is a genuine interest in social media, AI and consumer journeys, and knowledge of additional European languages.
