(Jr) Market Access Manager

Sobi, a specialized biopharmaceutical company dedicated to developing innovative therapies for rare diseases, is looking for a (Jr) Market Access Manager to join its DACH‑region team. The role is office‑based with occasional travel for internal and external meetings, trainings and conferences, and focuses on building Sobi’s reputation as a trusted partner among physicians, payers, patient groups and other stakeholders. In this position you will help shape and execute market‑access strategies for all Sobi products already launched in the DACH market, aligning them with current regulations and the expectations of health authorities and patient organisations. Daily tasks include collaborating with local product teams and national sales managers to spot pricing and positioning opportunities, working with finance, sales and patient‑access colleagues to design new reimbursement offers, monitoring the competitive landscape, and negotiating pricing and contracting arrangements with sick funds or physician associations. You will also generate payer‑specific reports, cultivate relationships with key decision‑makers, track legislative changes, and support the AMNOG process for upcoming products by preparing dossiers and leading negotiations with GKV‑SV.
