The role also includes coaching and supporting the team to identify and deliver consulting opportunities, ensuring high-quality project delivery. To qualify, candidates must have 15-25 years of professional experience, including at least 8 years in consulting, with a background in strategy and advisory within the life sciences, biotech, or pharma sectors from a top 5 consulting firm. Experience in line management or operational roles at a life sciences company and delivering consulting in multiple functional areas is required. A proven track record in client development and managing a book of business is essential. Nice-to-have skills include a collaborative and caring spirit, a strong self-starter attitude, and the ability to influence and delegate effectively. The role requires a willingness to travel up to 80% and work onsite with clients.
