Site Operations Manager

Adobe is seeking a Site Operations Manager to lead facilities across Germany and Switzerland. In this role you will oversee five sites totaling roughly 130 000 sq ft, ensuring a world‑class workplace experience for employees and visitors alike. Your daily work will involve acting as the primary contact for Workplace Strategy & Site Operations, executing the Global Site Operations vision, and fostering deep relationships with senior leaders and business units. You will coordinate a wide range of vendors, including facilities, food service, wellness, space & occupancy, finance, sustainability, and events, while also serving as the EMEA lead for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing operations. Financial stewardship is key, with responsibility for budget adherence and accurate forecasting. You will balance customer‑centricity with operational excellence, implement sustainability initiatives, act as the owner's representative on projects, manage space utilization, collaborate with Employee Experience and IT to boost productivity, partner with Global Safety and Security for incident management, and represent site requirements to landlords and building management. Additionally, you will lead Adobe's employee community through the Site Council and bring a hospitality mindset to facilities management. To succeed, you need a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. A solid track record of ten years' work experience is required, including at least five years of independent site‑facilities leadership and three years of client‑side management. Strong collaborative skills with customers and a confident executive presence are essential. Certifications are considered a plus.
