The company, with around 550 employees across 15 locations, distributes electrical products from national and international suppliers and offers comprehensive consulting and project support in lighting and renewable energy sectors. The role involves supporting the HR department in various administrative tasks and contributing to the overall development of HR processes. The HR Services Specialist will handle a range of administrative HR tasks, including managing employee records, coordinating entry and exit processes, and creating certificates and correspondence. The role also involves supporting the recruitment process, organizing training sessions, and managing participant lists. Additionally, the specialist will assist in time tracking, employee engagement activities, and HR projects aimed at improving processes and workflows. To qualify for this position, candidates must have a completed commercial basic training (Profile E or M) and further education in Human Resources, preferably with a completed HR Specialist Certificate. Several years of experience in an operational HR role with strong HR administration skills are required. Excellent communication skills, a service-oriented personality, and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly are essential. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR systems and digital tools are also necessary. Fluency in French and strong German skills are mandatory, with good English skills being an additional requirement. Nice-to-have skills include a strong affinity for numbers and a proactive approach to contributing to HR projects.
