Senior Manager, Europe Medical Strategy and Execution

The Senior Manager, Europe Medical Strategy and Execution, will lead the development and implementation of medical plans across Europe. This role involves coordinating evidence generation activities and acting as the primary scientific liaison for key stakeholders, including Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), health authorities, and internal commercial teams. The main responsibilities include developing and executing cross-country medical strategies, managing evidence generation, and ensuring effective communication with various stakeholders. The role requires strong project management skills, the ability to influence multidisciplinary teams, and a proven track record of delivering data-driven insights to support product lifecycle management. The ideal candidate must have at least 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical medical affairs or clinical development within Europe. Fluency in English and one additional European language is required. Proven expertise in strategic planning, regulatory, and health-technology assessment processes is essential.
