The HR Operations Professional will support the entire employee lifecycle in Switzerland, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and professional HR experience for all involved. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical, operational work, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and is driven to enhance, digitalize, and streamline processes over time. The main day-to-day tasks include managing key employee lifecycle processes, such as onboarding, employee changes, leaves of absence, transfers, and exits. The role also involves preparing and maintaining HR documentation, including employment contracts, amendments, work permit documentation, and other employee-related correspondence. Ensuring the accuracy and consistency of HR processes, records, and documentation in line with Swiss employment regulations and internal policies is crucial. Additionally, the role supports various HR operations processes, including family and child allowances, pension fund administration, and absence management. To excel in this position, candidates must have demonstrated HR Operations experience, ideally 5–10 years, with a strong understanding of Swiss HR processes. Experience in managing payroll is advantageous. A solid grasp of HR administration, employee documentation, and compliance requirements, with the ability to accurately learn and apply Swiss employment law, is essential. The role requires a hands-on and proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment. Clear and professional communication skills, resilience, and a service-oriented approach are also key. Nice-to-have skills include curiosity and motivation to challenge existing processes and suggest practical improvements. The ability to contribute to digitalization and process evolution is highly valued. The role is based in Switzerland, offering a collaborative and international work environment.
