Digital HR Time Management Specialist

The Digital HR Time Management Specialist role at Lonza involves supporting the global time management strategy. The specialist will work closely with IT, HR, and business teams to understand and meet their needs, translating HR processes and system data to support these requirements. The main tasks include supporting the global time management technology strategy, implementing time management processes, and leading various time-related initiatives. The specialist will also coordinate with business units, vendors, and internal teams to address time-related issues and projects. Additionally, they will provide general support, working closely with the Pay/Time global community, GPOs, and reporting and analytics teams. Collaboration with HR's Application Management Services partners and internal IT and Finance teams is also a key part of the role. To excel in this position, candidates must have a strong technical understanding of digital time and attendance applications and their integration points. Experience with Workday and/or UKG Pro WFM time management systems is highly valued. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects and objectives, is essential. Proficiency in English is required, with German being a nice-to-have skill. Nice-to-have skills include knowledge of the ServiceNow Case Management Tool and a high level of proficiency with the Office 365 suite. The role is based in Hyderabad, with a focus on office work but allowing for remote work up to 40% of the time.
