Glencere’s Commercial & IT Graduate Programme is offered by one of the world’s largest diversified natural‑resource firms, which produces, processes, recycles, sources, markets and distributes more than 60 commodities for industries such as automotive, steel, power generation, battery manufacturing and oil. The graduate scheme is based at the company’s global headquarters and is designed to nurture the next generation of professionals through a series of internal rotations. Participants in the Commercial stream will support traders and operators on the front line, working across areas such as traffic, risk, middle‑office, LME desk support and business development, with the possibility of moving into operations that handle the logistical and financial execution of trades. Those on the IT track will rotate through the IT function, helping to deliver efficient business applications, processes and tools while collaborating directly with seasoned industry experts and taking on genuine responsibilities that build a broad skill set. The programmes look for candidates who demonstrate strong analytical ability, commercial awareness, resilience, teamwork and an openness to rotate across different functions.
