Class of 2027 Global Operations Leadership Development Program - Europe (GOLD)

Johnson & Johnson’s Global Operations Leadership Development (GOLD) program is a two‑and‑a‑half‑year pathway designed for fresh university graduates who want to build a career in the company’s worldwide supply‑chain network. The initiative blends hands‑on assignments with classroom and digital learning, aiming to shape future leaders for the end‑to‑end logistics, procurement, quality, planning, engineering and related functions that keep its medical‑technology and innovative‑medicine businesses running. During the rotation, participants will be immersed in activities that link product planning, manufacturing and distribution. They will help keep production costs low, boost efficiency, expand capacity and ensure regulatory compliance, while working closely with cross‑functional teams to support customers worldwide. Each assignment contributes directly to real business outcomes and offers exposure to process‑improvement tools such as Six Sigma, lean and design‑excellence methods. The only mandatory criterion is a recent university degree; candidates must be ready to start in the summer of 2027 and submit their application by 11 October 2026. The selection process includes a virtual hiring event in late November 2026, with results communicated by early November. Successful entrants will rotate through sites in Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, France, Ireland, Switzerland or Belgium, depending on the cohort they join. Beyond the core requirements, the program provides a rich mix of technical and leadership development, global networking, in‑person residencies and virtual collaboration. Rotational cohorts may be domestic (Ireland, Switzerland, Belgium) or cross‑country, giving participants the chance to work across multiple European locations while gaining expertise in project management, supply‑chain planning, quality assurance, manufacturing operations and logistics services
