As a Quality Assurance Engineer at Exeon Analytics, you will join a Swiss‑based security analytics software vendor that delivers holistic visibility, reliable detection, and actionable response across networks, identities, and applications. The company combines AI‑driven behavior analytics with expert‑built detection logic to uncover hidden threats and support sovereign cyber defence, while fostering a remote‑first, collaborative culture. In this role you will be a core member of the QA guild, working side‑by‑side with senior QA specialists, front‑ and back‑end developers, and broader engineering teams. Your daily tasks involve designing, implementing and executing test plans for the flagship product Exeon.NDR, creating detailed test cases, and coordinating testing activities with clear estimations. You will conduct thorough regression testing after bug fixes, develop and apply testing processes that meet client needs, and monitor continuous deployments for functional and performance regressions. Close collaboration with developers will also see you tracking quality metrics such as open defect counts and defect densities. The position requires a solid grasp of Agile methodology together with a deep understanding of QA fundamentals, testing theory and the defect lifecycle. You must demonstrate strong testing practice knowledge, hands‑on experience in end‑to‑end automation using Selenium or Playwright, and proven ability to test APIs and performance aspects of software. Proficiency in Python, familiarity with Linux and Docker environments, and fluent English communication are also essential. The role values proactive, solution‑oriented professionals who take ownership of their projects and thrive in a fast‑paced scale‑up setting. Exeon offers a value‑driven culture that encourages proactive problem‑solving, curiosity, ambition, ownership, transparency and mutual care. Employees benefit from an annual training budget, an international team, regular company events and workshops, and flexible remote‑first work arrangements with optional hybrid presence in Zürich. Family‑friendly options such as part‑time roles and enhanced parental leave support a healthy work‑life balance, while opportunities for personal growth and career development are embedded in the company's ethos. What the role asks for: - Agile, QA, testing theory, defect lifecycle knowledge - Strong testing practice expertise - Selenium/Playwright end‑to‑end automation experience - API testing experience - Python proficiency and Linux/Docker familiarity - Fluent English communication - Cybersecurity or network security product experience (nice to have) - Master's degree in CS/EE/Cyber Security + 3 years experience (nice to have)
