Client Service Specialist

The Client Service Specialist role at AlTi Tiedemann Global in Zurich involves supporting the firm's wealth management operations. The main responsibilities of the Client Service Specialist include assisting Relationship Managers with client-facing activities, such as account management, administrative tasks, and preparing presentations and reports. The role also involves handling client communications through email, telephone, and in-person interactions, as well as supporting complex account openings and ensuring regulatory compliance. Additionally, the Specialist will assist with the preparation of asset statements, coordinate with custodian banks and partners, and help organize events and other activities. The position requires a physical presence in the office for at least four days a week. To qualify for this role, candidates must have up to two years of experience in wealth management or financial services. A completed commercial training in the financial sector is preferable but not essential. Proficiency in IT tools such as MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) is required. Fluency in English and strong German skills are essential, with additional languages being beneficial but not mandatory. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, be proactive, and demonstrate a reliable and client-oriented working style. They should also be committed, independent, and able to work within time limits. Nice-to-have skills include experience with other languages and a professional appearance.
