The company seeks a Strategic Projects Associate to join its Strategy Team, offering high-visibility projects and direct interaction with senior stakeholders. The Strategic Projects Associate will focus on designing and delivering solutions that enhance growth and efficiency. Key responsibilities include interpreting data, analyzing results, and defining actions with various stakeholders to address business challenges. The role involves identifying new opportunities from data, supporting strategic business plans, and aiding in the integration of M&A activities. Additionally, the associate will improve and develop new processes, support presentations, and create strong links with cross-functional teams to introduce innovative solutions. To qualify, candidates must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a similar field, along with 3-4 years of experience in strategic projects and data analysis, preferably at a top consulting company. Proven experience in analysis, process design, and implementation is essential. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate data insights into actionable plans are crucial. High autonomy, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a positive, energetic spirit are also required. Nice-to-have skills include proficiency in data visualization software like Tableau or BI. Fluency in English is mandatory, with German being an additional asset. The role is based in Zurich, with flexibility for occasional international travel.
