The Sr Manager, AI & Digital Transformation - Procurement role at PMI Operations is pivotal in driving the company's digital transformation. PMI Operations is focused on enhancing its business and digital capabilities to support a smoke-free future. This involves redesigning processes, digitising operations, and establishing global standards to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability. The main day-to-day responsibilities include aligning digital priorities with business objectives by partnering with Source-to-Pay Global Process Owners. The role involves translating business needs into digital strategies, roadmaps, and solutions, as well as driving process innovation and continuous improvement. Collaboration with IT and Data & Analytics teams is essential to deliver scalable solutions. Additionally, the role leads Source-to-Pay Digital Product Owners, defines product vision and roadmaps, and oversees the implementation and continuous improvement of digital and AI solutions. Change management, stakeholder engagement, and communicating progress to senior stakeholders are also key responsibilities. The role also involves prioritising digital investments, managing transformation portfolios, and monitoring budgets and risks. To excel in this role, candidates must have 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years leading procurement transformation and digital initiatives within a global organisation. Strong expertise in Source-to-Pay and procurement is required, along with experience in digital transformation, AI, automation, and process improvement. Product management and roadmap ownership experience are also essential. Strong stakeholder management, data analytics, and change leadership skills are crucial. Experience with SAP Ariba, Coupa, SAP S/4HANA, or similar platforms is necessary. Proven people leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills are also required. Nice-to-have skills include certifications such as CSPO, SAFe Product Manager, and Agile certifications. Familiarity with technologies like SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA, Coupa, Ivalua, JAGGAER, ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform, Azure AI, Power BI, Celonis, and Tableau is beneficial.
