Corporate Compliane Intern (12 months)

The role of Corporate Compliance Intern at Sika involves supporting the company's global compliance efforts. The main day-to-day responsibilities include supporting international compliance projects, developing and improving global initiatives, and contributing to compliance training and awareness programs. The intern will also research and analyze new regulations, prepare presentations and reports, and coordinate project activities. Additionally, the intern will take ownership of individual assignments, bringing fresh perspectives to the team. To qualify for this role, candidates must be currently pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in fields such as Compliance, Law, Regulatory Affairs, Business Ethics, Governance, or a related area. Strong integrity, sound judgment, and a reliable working style are essential. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required, with German and additional languages being an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications is also necessary. Nice-to-have skills include previous experience through internships, student employment, or volunteer work. An interest in digital and AI-enabled tools is also beneficial.
