The role of Wholesale Digital Strategy, Business Development & Operations Intern at Ralph Lauren focuses on supporting the growth of the Wholesale Digital & E-Commerce channel. The company is a renowned global brand in the fashion and luxury industry, known for its iconic designs and high-quality products. The intern will work on strategic business development projects and analyses, ensuring the brand's online presence is top-notch. The main day-to-day responsibilities include supporting business analyses and cases across EMEA & LATAM, preparing weekly and monthly sell-out reports, and providing digital operations support. The intern will also conduct on-site merchandising analyses, competitor analyses, and gather regional retail sales figures. Additionally, the role involves generating business insights, preparing various reports, and supporting the team in assortment analysis to identify opportunities. The intern will also act as a digital operations coordinator, delivering product assets and content to wholesale partners and analyzing digital content performance. To qualify for this role, candidates must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Relevant first experience or internship in an analytical role, preferably in the fashion or luxury industry, is required. Strong analytical skills, the ability to manage complex data, and a proactive mindset are essential. Candidates must be fully proficient in English, with any additional language skills being an asset. Advanced Excel skills are a must. Nice-to-have skills include the ability to think creatively, solve problems, and escalate issues when needed. The role requires a high degree of responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail. The intern should be able to multi-task, work under tight deadlines, and have a willingness to learn and improve constantly. The position is based in a dynamic team environment with a positive and enthusiastic team spirit. The internship is available for a 12-month period, and a university internship agreement is compulsory.
