Scheduling & Attendance Coordinator - Full-Time Fixed Term - Medex

The Scheduling & Attendance Coordinator at Medex will oversee daily staff schedules and monitor attendance data. This role ensures adherence to collective agreements and regulatory standards for attendance across the Medex LTC site. The coordinator will work closely with clinical leaders to support high-quality resident care and improve workforce efficiency. The main responsibilities include managing staff rosters and monitoring clock-in/clock-out data. The role requires a solid understanding of Ontario long-term-care regulations and the ability to resolve attendance discrepancies quickly. Candidates must have at least two years of experience in healthcare scheduling or payroll administration. Proficiency with scheduling software such as Kronos or Shiftboard is essential, along with excellent analytical and communication skills.
