To qualify for this position, candidates must have a degree from an ES or HES in informatics, or an equivalent qualification. A minimum of five years of experience in a similar role is required, with a proven track record in administering Microsoft environments and providing user support. Proficiency in managing systems, networks, and security infrastructures is essential. Strong client orientation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously are also crucial. The role demands a high level of technical versatility, allowing the administrator to switch between daily operational support and long-term infrastructure projects. Nice-to-have skills include knowledge of Linux environments, containerization, and Docker administration. A strong sense of cybersecurity best practices is also beneficial.
