SAP MM Business Systems Analyst (m/f/d) (80-100%) (fixed term -1 year)

The SAP MM Business Systems Analyst (m/f/d) will join the Value Chain team at the headquarters in Baden, Switzerland, reporting to the Head of Value Chain Planning & Fulfillment. In this role you will be the central liaison between business functions, Power Users and IT, guaranteeing stable and scalable SAP MM operations as the organisation grows. Daily tasks involve taking ownership of SAP MM tickets and incidents, diagnosing and resolving issues independently, and coordinating change requests from requirement clarification through impact assessment to implementation. You will also design, execute and document functional and regression tests, validate data, support user‑acceptance testing and manage defect follow‑up. Additional duties include troubleshooting SAP MM interfaces and IDoc errors, supporting growth initiatives by translating new business needs into reliable SAP MM solutions, and contributing to the harmonisation of Source‑to‑Pay processes, data‑governance improvements and SAP Ariba integrations. The position requires a university degree in Business Information Systems, Analytics, Supply Chain, IT or a closely related discipline. Candidates must have at least three years of hands‑on SAP MM experience in a global or industrial environment, with solid knowledge of Source‑to‑Pay and core SAP MM functions such as purchasing, goods receipt, inventory and master‑data management. Proven experience in SAP MM application support, incident resolution, requirements analysis and end‑to‑end change‑request coordination is essential, as is fluency in both English and German. Strong analytical abilities, data‑quality expertise and proficiency in Excel are also mandatory.
