The position of Regional Sales Manager (m/f/d) for the DACH, CEE and France area will lead the expansion of Precise Automation’s collaborative‑robot portfolio within the Diagnostics, Life‑Science Tools/OEM, Pharma/Biotech and Lab‑Automation sectors. Brooks Automation, the parent group, supplies high‑reliability automation solutions to global manufacturers and is recognised for its innovative laboratory‑automation products. In this role you will implement the regional sales plan together with the Senior Sales Manager, EMEA, overseeing existing OEM and integrator accounts while hunting for fresh business opportunities. Daily tasks include nurturing key customers, coordinating with system‑integration partners, producing sales and marketing material, representing the company at trade shows and customer visits, and feeding market insights back to R&D, Operations and Product Management. You will also monitor pipeline health, report on performance metrics and contribute to forecasting and strategic discussions within the broader EMEA commercial team. The employer expects a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, life sciences or a comparable discipline, and at least five years of proven experience in automation, robotics, laboratory equipment or other high‑technology markets. A solid track record of managing territories, developing accounts and delivering revenue growth is essential, as is a deep understanding of laboratory‑automation workflows across the targeted industries. Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities, together with the capacity to interact with senior executives and technical teams, are required. Candidates must be comfortable working autonomously while staying aligned with senior leadership and be ready to travel on a regular basis (over 40 % of the time). Fluency in English is mandatory. An advanced degree is advantageous, as are additional European language skills that can support multi‑country engagement.
