Customer Success Operations - Remote

We seek a Customer Success Operations professional to work remotely for a SaaS‑focused organization that needs better workflows, data quality, reporting and revenue operations. The day‑to‑day work includes configuring and managing CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot, handling revenue tools like quoting, billing, ticketing and project‑management systems, building and refining sales and customer‑success workflows, keeping data and reports accurate across connected systems, spotting and fixing operational or policy issues, producing clear documentation and process guides, and supporting system adoption and continuous improvement. The candidate must have at least four years of experience in sales, revenue or customer‑success operations, proven hands‑on CRM configuration skills, familiarity with two or more revenue‑related tools beyond the CRM, strong operational judgment and problem‑solving ability, excellent written and verbal communication, and a solid grasp of data accuracy, reporting and workflow management.
