Junior Acquisition Manager (m/w/d)

As a Junior Acquisition Manager, you will be involved in identifying vacant properties, negotiating deals, and seeing your work come to life within weeks. Your main responsibilities will include identifying vacant properties and contacting owners, learning to calculate projects from start to finish, accompanying senior managers in negotiations, and building a network in the real estate industry. You will also create calculations and pitches in Excel, present them effectively, and spend a lot of time in the field visiting properties, clients, and decision-makers. Projects typically range from CHF 60,000 to 250,000. To excel in this role, you must have a strong personality, be driven, and have a proactive approach. You should be able to think quickly, express yourself clearly, and handle numbers well. Additionally, you need to be conscientious, take initiative, and have a good command of Excel and digital tools. Excellent German language skills are required, with English and/or French being an asset. A valid driver's license (Category B) is also necessary. It is beneficial to have a strong network in the real estate industry and experience in real estate acquisition.
