At least eight years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including internal and contract manufacturing, and large CAPEX project execution, is required. Proven ability to reduce complexity and experience in engineering and CMO environments are essential. The role also requires several years of leadership experience, strong creative leadership, and a track record of driving change. Nice-to-have skills include experience in process digitization initiatives. The role is based in Kaiseraugst, Switzerland, where the production center employs 1,400 people and serves over 120 countries.
