Head of Product (m/f/x)

Bring! Labs is seeking a Head of Product (m/f/x) to lead their Product organization, which includes Product Management, UX Research, UX Design, and Customer Support. The company aims to revolutionize how brands and consumers communicate through technology. The Head of Product will report to the CTO and be part of the leadership team, ensuring the product strategy, organization, and execution align with the company's goals. The main responsibilities involve leading and developing the Product organization, which includes seven direct reports. This role will translate the company's strategy into a clear, prioritized product roadmap and define product success through goals, KPIs, and data-driven decisions. The Head of Product will also champion customer-centric thinking, drive strategic initiatives, and improve product development processes. Additionally, they will resolve competing priorities, collaborate with Engineering leadership, and manage the department's organization, hiring, budget, and long-term workforce planning. To excel in this role, candidates must have at least six years of Product Management experience, including three years in a leadership position. Proven experience in leading senior product professionals, driving organizational change, and delivering complex cross-functional projects is essential. Experience in building and scaling software products or digital platforms is also required. Strong leadership skills, a commercial mindset, and the ability to balance user needs with business goals are crucial. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, along with a solid understanding of modern product management practices and technical literacy, are necessary. Nice-to-have skills include the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, with the flexibility to collaborate in the office or work from home.
