Event Design Coordinator (Remote / Europe)

Additionally, the coordinator is responsible for reviewing every designer deliverable for brand consistency, accuracy, and technical specifications, as well as documenting and filing all assets and final deliverables in a shared drive. To qualify for this role, candidates must have at least 5+ years of experience in event marketing, event production, creative operations, or project management with a strong events component. Proven experience in managing print and digital production processes is essential, including knowledge of terms like dieline and safe area. Excellent English communication skills are also required. Nice-to-have skills include the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks, such as vendor lead times and shipping delays, and to coordinate with vendors and production partners.
