Senior Solutions Architect

As a Senior Solutions Architect you will act as the technical authority and trusted advisor for sales, customers, partners and the broader Elastic community, shaping how the platform solves real business challenges. In this role you will be the primary technical contact for accounts in your territory, working closely with account managers to uncover customer goals and map them to Elastic solutions. You will guide customers through discovery, design and proof‑of‑concept phases, demonstrate product value in sales meetings and at events, and create value‑based relationships at all organisational levels. Partner enablement is also key: you will onboard, educate and support partners throughout sales cycles, produce collateral, and feed customer feedback to engineering and leadership. Continuous self‑driven learning and professional development are expected to deepen both sales and technical expertise. The position requires a proven record of success in a technical presales role for enterprise accounts, the ability to clearly articulate and sell modern platform benefits, and a genuine passion for curiosity and continuous learning. You must have a history of building customer‑centric architectures, strong influencing and persuasion skills, and the capability to inspire groups of any size. Fluency in German or French is essential, and you must be willing to travel about 30 % of the time within the region, with occasional international trips.
