Personal Assistant to CEO

The position is a Personal Assistant to the CEO at Sportradar, the world’s leading sports‑technology firm that connects sports, media and betting across more than 1,700 federations, media outlets, betting operators and consumer platforms in 120 countries. Reporting directly to the CEO, the assistant acts as a trusted extension of the Executive Office, handling a broad mix of strategic, operational, financial, governance and personal tasks in a highly international setting. Day‑to‑day duties include organizing travel and private‑vehicle logistics, preparing invoices and detailed Excel reports for legal, finance and tax, drafting and editing correspondence, and ensuring follow‑up. The role also involves greeting guests, managing communications on the CEO’s behalf with board members, investors, regulators and senior leaders, supporting internal projects, processing mail, arranging multi‑day management and board meetings, and coordinating both business and private appointments. Additional responsibilities cover personal errands, household workflow support when needed, and acting as deputy to the second Personal Assistant. Applicants must be fluent in English and German, able to write and speak confidently in both languages, and have extensive experience supporting a CEO, founder, board member or senior executive in a complex global environment. A valid driving licence and a proven track record of handling highly confidential business, financial, legal and personal matters with discretion are required. The role is based in St. Gallen, Switzerland, and candidates should already live in the area or be prepared to relocate.
