University Graduate – AI Transformation Specialist 100% (f/m/d)

Julius Baer, a leading Swiss wealth‑management group with a presence in about 60 locations worldwide, is launching its 2027 Graduate Programme. As a University Graduate – AI Transformation Specialist you will join the COO Digital Business Transformation unit’s AI Office, a hub that accelerates the bank’s artificial‑intelligence agenda and works closely with stakeholders across functions, geographies and business lines. During the 18‑month rotation you will analyse complete client and business processes to spot where AI can redesign and improve efficiency. You will collaborate with business owners to rethink end‑to‑end journeys, challenge existing assumptions, craft compelling value cases and prepare the organisation for rollout. Supporting the execution of prioritized AI use cases, you will help ensure that the promised business outcomes are realised and measured. The role is aimed at recent master’s graduates (maximum 12 months since graduation) with strong academic results in Business, Economics, Technology, Data Science or a related discipline. Candidates should have already gained some practical exposure in banking or financial services, show a genuine enthusiasm for wealth management, and possess a global outlook together with excellent people skills and a keen desire to learn. Fluency in English is required, and you must be legally permitted to work in the country of the position.
