Solution Owner AI & Analytics (m/f/x)

The Solution Owner AI & Analytics role at Hilti is part of the Analytics Center of Excellence. The role requires knowledge of data platforms, automation, and practical experience with AI, including Gen AI and Agentic AI, as well as Machine Learning. To qualify, candidates must have a Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or Information Systems. A PhD is considered a plus. Additionally, 8-10 years of total working experience is required, with a good understanding of business processes and digital product design and development. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to partner effectively with business units.
