The 18‑month scheme introduces newcomers to the firm's operations, offers technical and professional training, and provides exposure to corporate and institutional clients through several rotation opportunities. In this position you will back relationship managers by handling routine tasks such as preparing client meetings, supporting events, and processing transactions. You will also help maintain links with both internal and external stakeholders, deepen your knowledge of the firm's culture and strategy, and collaborate with Client Advisor Associates to organise and structure financing proposals for real‑estate developers, owners and private investors. The ideal candidate has finished their studies within the last two years, holds a recognised degree, and possesses no more than two years of full‑time work experience. Academic performance must meet a Swiss GPA of at least 4.5. Fluency in French and English is required, while German is advantageous.
