Senior Lead Copywriter, Apparel

On is a storytelling‑driven brand whose Creative Studio builds campaigns that celebrate athletes, communities and product innovation. As Senior Lead Copywriter, Apparel you will partner with Art and Creative Directors to shape concepts and deliver copy for films, out‑of‑home, 360‑degree and other channel executions, guiding ideas from brief through rollout while preserving On’s bold, unconventional voice. The role demands a seasoned copywriter with a portfolio that includes film scripts, manifestos, OOH and disruptive activations, preferably from fashion‑focused global ATL advertising or brand work. You must possess deep knowledge of sports culture, performance storytelling and the full digital consumer journey, and be able to lead multiple high‑priority projects, present strategic ideas confidently, and make independent creative decisions in a rapid environment. Leadership experience, the ability to inspire a team, and a passion for culture, fashion and performance sports are essential. Reporting to the Head of Creative, you will help steer the studio’s output, champion the “On Spirits,” and contribute to the broader company culture.
