Jua is building "Physical AI," a world‑scale model that underpins energy, robotics and future super‑intelligence. The company runs its models across four continents and is assembling a top‑tier team of researchers and entrepreneurs to turn this vision into a global reality. The Chief of Staff will sit directly beside Jua's leadership, acting as a high‑impact partner who jumps into the most critical initiatives each day, whether that means supporting fundraising, shaping product discussions, negotiating deals, or removing operational bottlenecks that could slow progress. In practice, the role blends problem‑solving, communication and execution. You will work with senior leaders to untangle the most pressing challenges across product, marketing, operations, fundraising and partnerships, translating meeting outcomes with customers, investors and strategic allies into concrete next steps. The job involves clarifying priorities, ensuring decisions become actions, and building lightweight dashboards and operating rhythms that surface insights from imperfect data. You will also serve as the connective tissue across functions, identifying where cross‑team work stalls and stepping in to unblock it, whether that's a marketing crunch, a vendor issue, or any other gap. Writing concise briefs, investor decks and internal notes, as well as handling travel, scheduling and on‑site coordination, are also part of the daily mix. The position calls for a fast learner who can shift focus without sacrificing quality, and who brings deep expertise in two or three core areas rather than a superficial list of many. Comfort with data and analytical tools (even basic coding) is required to help the team make metric‑driven decisions while the numbers are still evolving. Strong, concise communication, high ownership, a bias toward action and the ability to thrive amid ambiguity are essential traits. The ideal candidate has held a leadership role in product, commercial, people or engineering, and has cross‑functional experience across other business domains. Hands‑on experience at an early‑stage startup that is still building and raising capital, or founder experience, is strongly valued over later‑stage scale‑up backgrounds. The role is geared toward individuals who can operate at a rapid pace with quick decision cycles and who are comfortable with frequent, short‑notice travel to the UK, the Nordics, the United States and Asia. While being based in Zurich is strongly preferred, the company is open to candidates who are willing to relocate. A professional network or relationships relevant to Jua's industry and customer base is considered a plus, reflecting the importance of industry insight for this high‑visibility position.
