Manager Auditor(s) in Financial Services - Geneva

As a Manager Auditor, the main day-to-day responsibilities include managing audits of companies headquartered in Switzerland and/or subsidiaries of multinational groups, helping build trust and confidence through transparency, and adapting the audit approach to the changing client environment. This involves demonstrating a thorough understanding of complex accounting and auditing concepts, developing productive working relationships with clients, and directing daily fieldwork. To qualify for the role, a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as Accounting or Business Administration, is required, along with a certified public accountant's diploma or similar certification. Five to seven years of experience in external audit, preferably with a Big Four company, and managerial experience in leading an audit team are also necessary. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French are required, with English and German being strong assets. Ideally, the candidate will also have a willingness to learn and adapt quickly, a strong interest in the profession, and a client-oriented attitude.
